Common Questions

Are there any volume discounts if we have multiple units?
Yes! Upon request, we do have discounts available if you rent multiple properties with us.
Here is how our discount's work:

Discount Structure:
No discounts are available for flat fee, support or leasing services
0 to 2 properties = no discount
3 to 4 properties = 2% off selected plan
5 or more properties = 3% off selected plan

** Units are not counted individually for discounts. For example a 4 plex residential house counts as 1 property or similarly a 170 unit apartment complex counts as 1 property**
What are your cancelation policies?
We believe in transparency, which is also why we believe in open cancelation policies. We hope we are the best fit for you and your business but understand that sometimes things don't work out. Which is why we have a Cancel Any Time policy. If you are not happy with our services you can cancel at any time with no fees or penalty, just give us 30 days notice.
Can we switch between plans as needed?
Of Course! We allow plan transfers once every 6 months. Simply send an email to your representative or call our office and we can make the change. We understand circumstances change and a different plan may fit you better, but we do also have to protect ourselves just a little bit. If we allow plan transfers at any time we have had property owners take advantage of the higher plan for a short time to downgrade again shortly after.
How long does it take to list my property and start collecting rents?
This is very dependent on you, your property type, and your properties location. Here are the average times it takes from contact to first lease:

Residential Long Term:
2 to 4 weeks from date of signed contract to executed lease & deposit received

Residential Short Term:
3 to 6 weeks from property acquisition to first renter
